Do you deliver in my area?
We deliver any quantities
anywhere in New Zealand, you are not limited to case purchases.
If you don’t live in New Zealand then why not send a gift to
friends or relatives that do.
International orders – we can
deliver to many countries outside New Zealand. However, generally it's only viable for case lots of wine of a fairly decent quality. Follow these links for a guide to countries and pricing by country. (Please email us if these links don't work - our freight forwarder is updating their website). At this stage we are unable to ship spirits internationally.
- Delivery to Waiheke Island costs an extra $15 per case, we can deliver to the Fuller's Ferry building or an address in Auckland to avoid this charge.
Our normal delivery days are
Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
We endeavour to deliver your
order overnight if you live in the North Island or the top half of the South Island and the order was placed early
in the day. From time to time this
estimate can extend due to circumstances, usually, beyond our control. Please expect a delay of one to two extra days for rural delivery addresses.
· All alcohol deliveries require a signature from someone over 18. If there won't be an adult home during the day, it's best that we deliver to your
workplace if you want your tasty beverages promptly. Otherwise you'll be getting a card to call, and we all know how annoying those are.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American
Express for on-line purchases as well as Cash or Eftpos in
Returns and Refunds Policy
Regional Wines stands behind every
wine, beer, spirit or any other product we sell. If, for any reason, you are not
satisfied with your purchase please contact us by email or phone us on 04 385
6952 to discuss a remedy.
. If a delivery is broken or damaged we will resend or refund the order but we do
need to be advised within 48 hours of delivery.
. If a wine purchased from us is corked we are only too happy to replace, refund
or exchange the bottle.
. If you purchase some wine from us and find it is not to your taste then we are
only too happy to exchange the remaining bottles for another wine.

queries regarding a purchase then do not hesitate to contact us. Customer
satisfaction is our top priority.
Whether the occasion is an anniversary, birthday,
celebration or just because you can, nothing says it quite the way wine does. A
bottle (or two) of decent wine, a flavoursome whisky or a gift pack of beer
means that you actually had a crack at sending something you know they’ll love. If you're completely stumped feel free to ask our advice....or send a gift voucher.
How can I send a gift?
We are able to send almost any
bottle or case of wine, beer, whisky or spirit or whatever takes your fancy to
anywhere in New Zealand with a message from you inside the box. Check out our
gift suggestions on the GIFTS page or choose your own and we’ll
pick, pack and deliver on your behalf.

complete the brief online form and someone will contact you in regard to your

We do not retain the details of gift recipients or attempt to contact them with offers or services.
you no longer wish to receive electronic information from us or for any
reason wish to terminate an association with Regional Wines &
Spirits we will immediately delete your information from our files and
cease to retain it.
