Kieran is a recent arrival here at Regional, having been the cheese monger at Moore Wilsons for the last six years, he is now the Regional beer specialist.
He has been a beer judge at BrewNZ & the International Beer Awards for the last 2 years. Kieran is an overseas member of CAMRA (Campaign for Real ale) and a founding member of the Society of Beer Advocates (SOBA), currently holding the position of vice-president. He also manages to find the time to write regular beer columns for Capital Times in Wellington.
Kieran is an avid home brewer of English style Real Ales and in his spare time he will be found creating a new brew, walking the dog or cooking a hearty curry. We hear his home brew is a force to be reckoned with.
