Michael Jackson Memorial Beer And Food Tasting 2011

This year Regional teamed up with the talented kitchen from The Hop Garden to recreate some of the food and beer matches that Michael wrote about during his life. We started the tasting with an aperitif in the form of Cantillon Lou Pepe Framboise served in champagne flutes, then tasted 5 different beer and food combinations and ended with a digestive in the form Anchor Old Foghorn. We would like to offer a huge message of thanks to Gavin, James and Scott at The Hop Garden who provided some amazing food that really made the tasting special. Cheers!
