Regional Beer Specialist To Be Let Loose In The Brewery!

Regional Wines and Spirits and Emerson’s Brewing Co are pleased to be able reveal that next month they will collaborate on a brew. Regional Beer Specialist Kieran Haslett-Moore will travel to Dunedin and in conjunction with Richard Emerson brew a scaled up version of one of his own recipes. Kieran runs a 60 litre real ale brewery at his home in the Brooklyn hills, and has a passion for character full English style ales. With the guidance of Richard Emerson he will brew a 200 litre batch of Extra Special Bitter brewed with New Zealand hops and predominantly New Zealand malt which will ultimately be available on FYO at Regional.
