An unusually hoppy pale Trappist ale that is bottled with a yeast strain that includes the wild yeast brettanomyces. Highly complex aromas of spice, leather and citrus give way to a very dry crisp palate. The distinctive bottle was designed in the art deco style by Henry Vaes in the 1930’s.
