Nose: Yeast and dough, hints of lemon juice and cider. Reminiscent of flat champagne.
Palate: Butter and cream with a strong citrus presence. Intriguing notes of pencil shavings and nutmeg. Medium to short finish. Needs no water.
Overall: Wonderful. For a 10 year old it shows great complexity whilst providing a light, mouth-watering dram.
