Bunnahabhain 9 yo 1st single fill sherry butt 1764 from Signatory 2001 at 58.1%, deep rich colour. I bought one of these and with Matt, John and Christoph we thought nose: Speyside, dry wood, sweetness balance, vanilla, salty sherry. Palate: big alc, bittersweet chocolate, chewey wood. Finish: familiar, zippy, dries out. averaged score 8.9 Fantastic price!
