Reviewed at our Ground Shalking Malts tastings July 2010:
Fruity varnish nose, dusty oak, toffee apple, worcestershire sauce, hairspray, yeast, sour lemon, oily meths, bus ticket, babysick, coconut, P.K. gum, chocolate cherries, rum and salty mothballs by the fire.
Caramel palate with alcohol, butterscotch, chocolate, oily wood, balanced, a little non-descript, a Lagavulin note of cigars.
Peppery finish, a session whisky, ashy peat, bitter note, creamy coconut, sherry spice, medium length.
