St Henri Shiraz 2004. Penfolds have been making this stunning style of Shiraz since the 1950’s. Although cellaring recommendation is over 25 years, the wine is approachable now. Decanting is recommended. I also enjoyed the
Shiraz RWT 2005. The highlight for me was tasting the Grange 1995. A fantastic evening, superb wines and exquisite food.
