The new Bollinger ‘Cuvee Rosé’ NV (18.5+/20) is based on the Special Cuvee, with 5% Pinot Noir from the Coteaux Enfants blended in, plus a dosage of around 8 g/l. Pale pink, this has a cherry liqueur edge and lovely sweet floral aspect. Bollinger can be proud of this!  RC Sept 08
