Coopers Creek Viognier Chalk Ridge 08

This wine is sourced from our Chalk Ridge vineyard, just south of Havelock North. It is very steep and faces due north, perfect conditions for ripening Viognier. We hand harvest the fruit, whole bunch pressed it and commence fermentation in tank. It is completed in oak, where the wine is matured for seven months. This creates big rich wine that is very broad and very long.
