This isn’t the hand-clapping, mouth-numbing soup they served you in Fiji. It’s a bright sparkling wine from the world’s other great bubbly wine appellation. The three traditional sparkling grapes give way to a white trio of Macabeu, Parellada and Xarello which crafts a wine that is light, fresh and perfect for summer celebrations. The nose shows freshly baked bread, brioche and dried apricots, giving way to citrus, nougat and strawberries on the palate. With its Veuve-like packaging it’s got summer written all over it.
