Gonzalez Byass ‘Tio Pepe’ Fino Sherry (17.5+/20) was pale and full of the flor tang, but surprisingly soft on the palate, without that expected cut and thrust. Are Gonzalez Byass trying to make the wine more approachable for the modern market? One could think so, but still an enjoyable drop.  RC Oct 08
