Ay-Champagne, 12.0% alc., 46% Ch, 38% PN, 16% PM

Straw yellow colour. Intense powerful nose, slightly sour through a light oxidative expression. Real depth and intensity on the palate, complex and savoury with strong Pinot Noir fruit and oxidative notes. Plenty of matching autolysis adding to the interest.
