Hand harvested between the 11th and 13th of April and fermented in stainless steel. In the glass the wine has a bright clarity with tints of lemon and russet. Flavours show the varietal characteristics of pear, ginger and honey suckle blossom which shine over a mineral apple acidity and a spicy base. The alcohol is nicely balanced, making this an easy drinking food wine. Drink now with Asian cuisine or seafood.
