What a delight to see this wine with a little bottle age.  The Riesling wines of the Kasel vineyards of the Ruwer sub-region of the Mosel can be a little too delicate when young.  This has a touch of gold to the straw colour.  Subtle on nose, but the bouquet grows to show apples and lime flowers and the faintest touch of honey.  Off-dry, richness emerges in glass to give a beautiful vinosity.  Perfect balancing acidity keeps the freshness present.  Drinking to 2014.  RC Feb 10
