Marinated White Anchovies; Hot Smoked Salmon; Almonds and Olives The Lustau ‘Almacenista’ Manzanilla-Amontillado ‘Jurado 1/21’ (19.0) was a superb sherry with intensity and complexity of salt tang and delicate nuttiness. While just a little too powerful for much of the food, its depth worked well with the spices and smoked salmon.  RC April 08

Lustau ‘Amacenista’ Manzanilla Amontillado Jurado 1/21 (my score 19.5-/20) was outstanding for its delicacy and finesse. A wine of incredible class. Refinement plus, with subtle flor nuances along with the most delicate nuttiness. Perfect freshness and acidity made this mouth-watering, and gave it the ability to work with all food.  RC May 07
