The Ogiers, long famous for their Cote Roties, recently started making a Condrieu with the 2007 vintage scoring 90 points from Robert Parker. He described it as coming from "the granite terroir of Maleval. It exhibits notes of crushed rocks, unbuttered popcorn, lychee nut, and white peaches in a medium-bodied, fresh, lively, fruity style."
