Epernay, 12.0% alc, Equal parts of Ch, PN and PM

Straw yellow colour with depth. Soft and gentle nose, but full and even with excellent volume. Rich and fruity palate with lusciousness, plump even, yet cut by very fine acidity. Delicacy of autolysis, with soft textures, a touch of grip though. Quite mouthwatering, fresh and very long. Sheer delicacy. My score 18.0+/20 RC Nov 05
