Deep rich and dense aroma redolent of ripe black plum and black cherry
with complex spicy nuances. Richly textured and well structured palate
with layered complex flavours of black fruits and spice. Black pepper
and wild fruit aftertaste.
Food Match: Any game and wild meats such as duck, pheasant, venison, red meats, roasted vegetables and Moroccan dishes.
