San Vicente is a tiny 18 hectare domaine planted with Tempranillo100% Tempranillo Peludo known for its tiny berries and exceptional aromatics. Vines are densely planted in calcareous soil and organically managed to produce extremely low yields of less than 1½ tonnes per acre of very concentrated grapes. San Vicente was selectively hand harvested from the San Vicente vineyard with further selection made in the winery using a sorting table. It was aged for 20 months in new, mostly French oak before bottling without filtration.
