A perfect Indian summer is reflected in this sublime offering from Two Rivers. Handpicked, lightly whole bunch pressed and fermented at cold temperatures (7 degrees) to retain crisp, Marlborough fruit intensity. Fermentation was stopped when the sugar and acidity were perfectly balanced. The acidity, texture and minerality of this wine interplay harmoniously. Three months lees aging broadens the palate, adding new dimensions and length.
