Unit price perThis is the latest release of our estate pinot noir and was made from mainly 18 year old vines (Clones 5, 6, Abel, 667, 115, 777). Bright ruby appearance, and a bouquet filled with scents of place then ripe red berry fruits and dark cherry. Soft notes of toasted cedar display the 11 months of barrel ageing. On the palate, a core of deep dark fruits is balanced with hints of fresh late summer berries. The intimate touch of winemaking is evident in the light vanilla oak notes, subtle body and the unassuming but long finish. Drinking well now but will develop in the cellar for 10 plus years.
“It's gorgeously ripe and enticing, the wine shows Black Doris plum, wild strawberry, rich floral, warm spice and toasted almond characters, followed by a wonderfully weighted palate displaying fleshy texture combined with beautifully melded tannins, finishing persistent and delectable. At its best: now to 2033.” 95 points 5 stars outstanding Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Unit price perHendrick's Lunar is a delightfully smooth and alluring gin that is rich with night blooming floral essence, offering a delicate balance of warm baked spices, and finished with a crisp burst of citrus. LUNAR is best enjoyed during casual nights at home and is a curious companion for sundowners and starry nights with friends.
Full bodied, full of flavour and full of integrity, Clayvin Pinot Noir is made from one of New Zealand's most outstanding vineyard sites, planted in 1993 by Mike Eaton and now owned by the Giesen Group. All grapes in this wine were hand picked, fermented with wild yeasts and the wine was aged in French oak. It is a complex dark Pinot Noir with weight and structure to improve for seven to eight years, potentially longer, evolving into a wine with even more depth of flavour.
The Clayvin vineyard was planted in 1993 in Blenheim's highly regarded Southern Valleys, becoming the area's first hillside vineyard. It has since become fully certified organic and is being progressively farmed as a biodynamic site - next level to organic certification. It is now owned by Giesen Wines and is home to three grape varieties; predominantly Pinot Noir with smaller amounts of Chardonnay.
Dark and spicy, full bodied and complex. A wine to drink now and to keep. Giesen's Clayvin Syrah has aromas of blueberry, plum, cinnamon and nutmeg with aniseed notes leading into a powerful palate full of texture and concentration with a lingering savoury finish. Whole bunches make up a component of this wine, which add depth, weight, structure and spicy notes.
Clayvin was the first hillside vineyard in Marlborough and is now certified organic and is home to a small number of Syrah vines.

Unit price perNautilus Chardonnay is one of Marlborough’s most age worthy white wines and a delicious drink right now, especially the 2019 which comes from a great vintage in this country’s largest wine region. The Nautilus winery was founded in 1985 by the Hill-Smith family in South Australia and continues in the same ownership. Long term winemaker Clive Jones has been key in the transformation in quality and perception in Marlborough Chardonnay over the past two decades, thanks to this dry, full bodied, smooth and creamy wine, which ages beautifully (for those with willpower) for up to a decade.

Unit price perEntity is 100% Syrah, sourced from old vineyards in the Krondorf, Eden Valley Light Pass and Ebenezer regions of Barossa. This wine was made with minimal intervention to create a traditional and elegant wine which represents the Barossa Valley. This wine is approachable in its youth, but its excellent structure allows it to benefit from cellaring.
The wine itself is deep purple-red. The nose is fruity, spicy and savoury, with notes of ripe dark berries, cocoa and spicy oak. The palate is concentrated and fruity, coupled with bright acidity and a long smooth finish.

Unit price perThis great white is made from one of Italy’s oldest known white grape varieties – and undoubtedly one of its best, Verdicchio. This grape originates either in the Marché region on central Italy’s east coast or it comes from the Veneto region in the north. It’s found in both regions but goes under different names in each (as Verdicchio or as Trebbiano). Those details aside, Verdicchio makes wines with intense lemon flavours, a medium to full body and lingering finish, due to its relatively high acidity. The best Verdicchio can age well for up to a decade.
Garofoli’s Podium shows another side to Italian wine; it’s a complex dry white for drinking now and can also undoubtedly age well. Try it.

Unit price perThis exquisitely extravagant expression boasts a rich ensemble of bright flavours that seduce the senses. It seems that stone fruit flavours, rose scents and gin were a magical combination in the most opulent of establishments in Paris at the turn of the 20th Century, and eaux de vies, peach schnapps, cherry liqueurs and the like were the 'in thing' for those who had the means to celebrate in spectacular style.
Hendrick's Master Distiller, alchemist and liquid poet Lesley Gracie has deftly combined these flavours into a ravishingly fruity spirit, where pirouettes of decadent stone fruit share the stage with sweet herbs and make for an elegant sensory feast that is deliciously indulgent and yet as light as silk.
This is a bright, bold gin that has a rich depth and layers of flavour and yet is still refreshing and light - it’s ideal in a Hendrick's Grand Cabaret and Tonic. If you want to be a little more fancy, the Hendrick's Grand Cabaret Royale is an indulgent way to toast tantalising celebrations and combines Hendrick's Grand Cabaret, cranberry, lime and a touch of sugar syrup which is topped with Champagne or sparkling wine for added decadence.

Unit price perDive into the magic of the sea, with Hendricks NEPTUNIA. An extraordinary new gin from our Cabinet of Curiosities. Hendricks NEPTUNIA is based on Hendricks Gin with its signature foundation of rose and cucumber, but with an additional wave of flavour from an invigorating blend of sea kelp, coastal thyme and lime, which has that huge maritime story and history behind it. And all three of those come together, layered above our original Hendricks Gin recipe, to create a gin that has depth and an earthiness, but also has that fresh, herbaceous feeling which comes from the coastal thyme and the lime itself. Unmistakably Hendricks with an added infusion of locally sourced botanicals, Hendricks NEPTUNIA combines a smooth, citrus finish with a unique hint of the distant sea breeze.
TASTING NOTES:
Alluring juniper character, lengthened with the deep earthy notes of Scottish sea botanicals and the fresh character of coastal herbs.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Mix with soda, simple syrup and a squeeze of lime, garnished cucumber sliced to create a Hendrick's Neptunia Fizz.
