100% Barbera from two different the vineyards of Basarin and San Cristoforo in Neive. Natural fermentation after maceration lasting 25 days.  Malolactic fermentation takes place in 15% new French oak barrels coopered in Burgundy. and the wine stays in barrel for approximately 15-16 months. No filtering and no fining prior to bottling.

In December please allow 3 business days for delivery. Last day for Christmas orders is Monday 17th December at midday for non-rural deliveries, and Friday 14th December at midday for rural deliveries. After this date, Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December
