Join Jess Hill Smith, brand manager at Yalumba, for a five course feast accompanied by six fine wines from the Yalumba Rare and Fine collection including The Octavius and The Caley at The Bresolin in Wellington.

Jess will take us through the history and heritage of Yalumba dating back to 1849, over six stunning wines matched with food in a shared dining experience over five courses as follows...

With treacle cured salmon, potatoes, red onions, fennel watercress, crème fraiche

With slow roasted pork knuckle, apple mustard gravy, caramelised cauliflower, baby spinach, hard goat cheese, pine nuts
Yalumba The Signtaure, Cabernet Shiraz 2015
With whole lamb shoulder, roasted for 12 hours with salsa verde, zucchini, shiitake mushroom, chilli, fresh mint
