Alluviale Sauvignon Semillon 2015 is made from 81% Sauvignon Blanc, 14% Semillon, and 5% Muscat Petit Grains. It is partly barrel-fermented and has strong tropical fruit flavors.
Sauvignon Blanc adds fruit character and refreshing acidity, while Semillon adds body, texture, and complexity. When all elements come into harmony and balance, the result is a wine greater than the sum of its parts. The end result is dry and full bodied with medium to high acidity
