ATE SPARKLING BRUT NV
Made from South Eastern Australia Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the cool of the night to retain freshness and acidity, the base wine was made via cool ferment. The wine then underwent a secondary fermentation in tank and was then bottle under pressure. This fun sparkling wine has aromas of zesty citrus, white peach and sherbet. On the palate there are flavours of apple and melon, combined with a soft creamy palate and crisp, refreshing finish.
