A hand-crafted alembic spirit using 100% apple wine from fresh pressed apple juice distilled in American made copper pot stills. No neutral spirits are used in the double distillation of this uniquely fragrant American craft spirit.

This Gin is a love letter. romantic. Fresh cut, richly fragrant roses, ever so soft and subtle, with round red fruit sweetness. Smooth, balanced and refreshing with beautifully integrated rose bouquet and zesty, crisp botanicals. As delicious as it is attractive to the eye. An authentic luxury spirit.

Crushed whole juniper berries together with rose hips, rose water, sweet orange, tangerine, lime and pink grapefruit peels, alongside jasmine and lavender petals, coriander, pink pepper corns and licorice root, are macerated in apple brandy low-wine, then redistilled together with vapor distilled rose hips, and pink grapefruit peels in the gin basket. A flash post distillation maceration of rose hips, hibiscus petals and strawberry juice concentrate for color and perfume.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.  

Exceptions during December:

In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.

Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
