E&E VOCORET CHABLIS EN BOUCHERAN 19
Boucheran is made from a 0.89 hectare plot located between two premier crus, Vaillons and Montmains. The soil is Kimmeridgian (moyen) with a high proportion of white clay in the soil. The vines are 35 years old. A wine with great richness, the fruit is picked from three different levels in the vineyard giving excellent complexity. Again, excellent value for money.

‘The 2019 Chablis Boucheran, which had been in barrel since March, has a pretty nose of expressive yellow flowers mixed with honeysuckle and light jasmine scents. The palate is lightly spiced on the entry, edgy and tensile, with a vibrant peppery finish. Good potential – lots of energy locked up in this Chablis.’
