ESCARPMENT RYAN RIESLING MARTINBOROUGH 18
The Escarpment's Ryan Riesling was made using a combination of stainless steel fermentation and barrel fermentation with lees contact. It was fermented to dry and contains less than one gram of residual sugar. This is a textural dry white which represents a style departure from the norm, but its freshness and flavoursome style make it a tasty dry white made from one of the world's greatest grape varieties.
