GARAGE PROJECT FIELDS OF BRETT 18 750ML
Garage Project brewery are best known for their innovations into the quirky world of craft beer and have now entered the wine scene with a similarly left field take on things. This wine is made from Riesling, Pinot Gris and Viognier grapes, which were grown in Martinborough in the Wairarapa. It is a slightly controversial wine for some, in that it is made in a 100% Brettanomyces ferment. For beer lovers, it will represent some familiar territory and the grapes themselves provide a blend of refreshing acidity (Riesling) with softness (Pinot Gris) and luscious body (Viognier).
It cruises in at a lower than usual alcohol content for a white wine of 11.5% ABV.
