MOUNT EDWARD PINOT GRIS CENTRAL OTAGO 21
A dry style of Pinot Gris with dialled up flavours of pear, spice and cinnamon; more a savoury style than a fruity one, nicely balanced by refreshing acidity which is typical to grapes grown in this cool climate region.
All grapes were whole bunch pressed, fermented at cool temperatures using a mixture of wild yeasts and the wine was then given six months aging on lees.
It is certified organic.
