This blend of 60% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier is also a blend of grapes grown in many different years, which is why it has the non vintage letters NV on the label. It was aged for 18 months on lees in bottle prior to release. It contains residual sugar of 2.9 grams per litre and is firmly in the dry wine camp.
