Tohu is New Zealand's first Maori owned winery and sources grapes from both Marlborough, Nelson, Gisborne and Hawke's Bay to make a range of vibrant, fresh dry whites, sparkling wines, Pinot Noir and Merlot.

This flinty fresh Sauvignon Blanc is made with grapes grown in the windswept Awatere Valley, south of Marlborough's main grape growing area on the Wairau Plains, and also slightly cooler. The crisper climate in Awatere provides grapes with higher acidity and a different spectrum of flavours, which can add depth in blends or make incredibly fresh stand alone wines, such as this one. We think this is great value for money - as well as super tasty.
