It's an interesting expression of Trebbiano, one of the most planted white grapes in Italy and one that is usually pressed into the service of high volume neutral white wines but this delicious newcomer is anything but that.
Spoleto is a city in Umbria, surrounded by hills, olive groves and vineyards, dating from the 12th century.
This wine is made from a bio type of Trebbiano grapes, which are trained to grow up trees; an old Italian growing method.
