For almost two centuries Tio Pepe cellar masters have used the 'Palma' chalk mark system in their bodega. Traditionally the Palma mark was used on barrels to indicate wines of exceptional finesse and delicacy of aromas. The more "Palmas" on barrel the greater the maturity of the wine.
Coming from barrels n?11, 84 and 90 of the Gran Bodega T?o Pepe, the 6 years of aging under an intense white flower blanket give Una Palma the characteristics of biological aging: nuts, bakery, talc and a pleasant sensation. 100% Palomino Fino. It is botled without filteration or clarification.
