With its opulent and elegant texture, the Opthimus from Oliver & Oliver easily plays in the upper league of exquisite rums. It?s matured in former bourbon barrels for 18 years using the Solera process
Colour: red gold amber
Nose: pleasantly floating scents of caramel, bourbon vanilla and bananas roasted over oak.
Palate: full-bodied and soft, creamy vanilla, honey and shortbread dipped in chocolate, with a gentle nuance of freshly roasted coffee
Finish: creamy-soft finish with caramel-spicy notes.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.
Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
