St Bernardus Wit is a traditional Belgian white beer developed and brewed in collaboration with the legendary Master Brewer Pierre Celis. This ale is very pale (whitish-yellow color) and quite hazy. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has a wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitness and honeyish sweetness. Very refreshing: perfect thirst quencher

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. Liquid gold, unfiltered with a creamy foam crown – the unique character of the yeast-white beer. Golden yellow with orange reflections is adorned with a firm foam that has a creamy consistency. A striking scent of bananas emerges. The fruity note is also continued on the palate. Delicately effervescent and refreshing at the same time, the full-bodiedness seduces you with a fine hoppy aftertaste.

5.5% - Bavarian Style Wheat Beer

The original hazy. Good Ground - classic Bavarian style wheat beer. Plump wheat and a special Munich yeast strain create a beautiful beer with glowing golden haze, extravagant crisp white foam, restrained banana and clove aromatics and a sweet fresh baked bread crust and delicate vanilla palate, all this with a refreshing dry finish. Dankbarkeit und Weizen gedeihen nur auf gutem Boden - Gratitude and wheat prosper only on good ground.

We stayed true to this German wheat beer hero and kicked off our brew using an authentic German yeast strain to produce those classic banana and clove characters which Hefe’s are known for. With wheat making up to 50% of the malt base, these flavours and textures combine to make for a really tasty and satisfying beer.  We finish it with just a touch of the mellow Pacifica hops to add just a hint of citrus, floral and delicate spice character.

Our tribute to those great European styles that we don’t celebrate often enough. Our Witbier is malty sweet and subtle hints of spice, orange and coriander. This beer is made for slow afternoons in the sun, spritzy and refreshing with a dry finish

One of our most awarded beers. This beer was inspired by a trip to the continent of wheat driven styles. This is fundamentally a traditional Bavarian wheat beer but our take, whilst being true to its origins, has our own twist with a mix of local and imported ingredients. This mix stacks the beer with that distinct Euro flavour and delivers that authentic frothy head. The finished beer is un-fined and un-filtered so roll bottles gently for your cloudy drinking pleasure.
