At the heart of its vibrant hue and luscious flavor are bounteous local blackcurrants. These juicy gems, rich in both colour and taste, are paired beautifully with the gentle floral hints of rosehip, diligently foraged from the Rangitata.

Blossoms from Decanter Bay Road in Little Akaroa, thyme, lavender and lemon myrtle gathered by local foragers are blended with classic botanicals to create a fragrant blush pink gin with a delicate and subtle sweet floral finish. The scent of blossoms and summer in the bays.
