A dry red wine from P.D.O. Naoussa made with 100% Xinomavro from a blend of the best parcels of the estate, which are around 45 years old and certified organic. 70% are located around Trilofos village. 30% comes the surroundings of Fytia village.

ALTITUDE
Trilofos: 150 - 250 metres
Fytia: 450 - 650 metres

SOIL
Limestone with schist and clay top-soil

MICROCLIMATE
Warm climate tempered by the Mediterranean winds and by the air flowing down from Vermio mountain play a determinant role in the ripening period, protecting the grapes by maintaining low temperatures. High altitude and big diurnal range around Fytia village add complexity and finesse to the blend.

VINIFICATION
Grapes are 60% de-stemmed ,macerated for 40 days and fermentation has been completed with indigenous yeasts.

MATURATION
18 months in third-use, 500-litre French oak barrels

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.  

Exceptions during December:

In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday 18th December at 5 am for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and the Tuesday19th December at 10am for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December.

Unfortunately Regional Wines cannot take responsibility for the breakage of delivered glassware items.
