Henri Bardouin Pastis is made with only the finest plants and spices. The plants are soaked in casks or vats of fine alcohol which are specially prepared for this task. The plants are left to soak in the alcohol until their essence is impregnated in the mixture. The duration of this operation can vary from three weeks to several months depending on the maturity of the plants and the temperature of the alcohol. Mixed with fresh mineral water, it is a fine aperitif or treat for any occasion.45% alcohol

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
