PRODUCT OF GERMANY. Liquid gold, unfiltered with a creamy foam crown ? the unique character of the yeast-white beer. Golden yellow with orange reflections is adorned with a firm foam that has a creamy consistency. A striking scent of bananas emerges. The fruity note is also continued on the palate. PRODUCT OF GERMANY. The most bavarian of all beers ? malt accentuated with gentle caramel notes, black as night. Its rich deep black to mocha-coloured appearance with bright red reflections is crowned by a creamy foam. The roasted malt aromatic scent is reminiscent of dark bread and fresh coffee. On the palate flows the velvety soft malty taste, coated by a harmonious sweetness, elegant and very clean. The perfectly balanced body has a warming effect and then a fine bitterness is perceived, which is calm and dry.

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. The classic dry and spicy with a fine hoppy note. Our Pilsener presents itself in the glass Straw-yellow in colour and glossy with elegant ascending carbon dioxide and a snow-white, solid foam. Elegant fresharoma hops initiate the fragrance sypmphony which gradually takes on a hint of summer barley. A fresh, sparkling overture is followed by the slender malt body with a full hop aroma. The finale follows with a long-lasting bitterness and a slightly fruity sweetness.

?vyturys Ekstra is the most famous Lithuanian beer and the pride of the Lithuanian brewing industry. It launched back in 1995 and became a real sensation. Due to its well-balanced taste, freshness and high drinkability, it shortly became the most popular beer in Lithuania. Ekstra has claimed international recognition and a variety of medals in international beer championships and exhibitions. It is known for its bright white head, glaring golden color, and harmonious taste with a hint of hops tart finish.

Lusciously creamy on the tongue, this Imperial Strength Milk Stout is stronger and sweeter than its Double Cream sibling. You can expect the same full-bodied mouthfeel and bittersweet, mocha aromatics with a hint of spice from the Moutere and Willamette hops.

Around 2004, Ilegal's founder John Rexer began bringing mezcal down from Oaxaca to Antigua to supply his bar, Café No Sé. The mezcal became popular very quickly. At the time, he was bringing down unbranded mezcal from a variety of villages in Oaxaca. In 2006, John created the brand Ilegal, originally just to supply his bar in Guatemala. On the back of each bottle of Ilegal you will find it says "Originally produced for: Café No Sé, Mezcal Bar."
This is an exceptional mezcal. Aged for four months in medium-charred American Oak. Caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose. Clove, butterscotch, and hints of vanilla on the palate.

A New Zealand interpretation of an Old English classic.  Our Milk Stout contains a non-fermentable lactose sugar derived from milk.  Deep black and full bodied with mocha and milk chocolate aromatics, it is smooth with a slightly sweet, balanced finish.

Intensely rich with a velvety texture, our Double Cream Milk Stout contains a non-fermentable lactose sugar derived from 100% pure NZ milk. 

 Layering dark mocha, chocolate and liquorice aromatics, this creamy brew offers a luxurious drinking experience.

Windspiel - Theheart of this creation is the spirit of discovery. It drove Fridericus Rex to bring the potato to Germany and inspired us to produce a gin from it. Classic juniper berries, lemons and coriander combined with our potatoes cultivated in rich volcanic soil results in a traditional gin aroma with a mild, delicate flavor. To give it a special character, cinnamon bark and lavender as well as other botanicals have been added - according to a secret recipe of the master distiller. Dedicated to the great passion of Fridericus Rex: "Greyhound".

5.2% ABV.

The Allegrini Valpolicella is a blend of Corvina Veronese 65%, Rondinella 30% and Molinara 5%. It is ruby red in colour, with fragrant red cherry, pepper and fine herbs on the nose. The palate is juicy and vibrant with fresh berry notes and a herbal, peppery element. This wine is an elegant and approachable blend made from some harder to find varietals,

It?s not often we come across wines that date back to 1398 but Chianti is no everyday wine, especially when it's labelled Isole E Olena. All grapes in this wine were hand picked. It's a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Canaiolo and 5% Syrah, which balance each other nicely with their ripe red berry flavours of cherries and raspberries which sit alongside complex notes of spice, smoky leather and a hint of cedar. This wine's lively acidity adds a freshness and gives length to the wine. 

This great red will benefit from ageing thanks to stellar winemaking and viticulture from Paolo di Marchi, one of the kings of the Sangiovese grape, who took over the winemaking in 1976. He ended decades of sharecropping and focussed on fine tuning work in the vineyards and pioneered Tuscan reds made entirely from the Sangiovese grape, such as the great Super Tuscan, Cepparello; now one of the region?s most iconic wines.

THE CHIANTI CLASSICO APPELLATION

Chianti Classico is the heart of the wider Chianti production zone and its wines are distinguished by a trademarked black rooster on their labels. The wines of Chianti Classico are higher in quality and noticeably so in taste than wines labelled Chianti, which come from a broader area in Tuscany. The wines taste better because the vines are planted on hillsides with a higher degree of  iron rich soils and a greater diurnal temperature range, which provides more powerful, riper fruit flavours, which are balanced by higher acidity thanks to the cooler night time temperatures. 

The Sangiovese grape must make up 80% of all wines labelled Chianti Classico compared to 70% Sangiovese for wines labelled Chianti. 

Chianti was first defined as a wine producing sub region within Tuscany in 1716 by the Grand Duke of Tuscany Cosimo III, whose wanted to protect the integrity of the wines and prevent fraud. The Chianti Classico Wine Consortium was formed in 1924 with the distinctive Black Rooster trademark chosen to feature on the labels.
