This beer is credited for being one of the most popular Munich lagers. Moreover, our brewmasters were among the first to bring Munich lager beer to the Bavarian taps. The recipe for success remains: A perfect balance of malty character and the light bitterness of hops.

4.9% ABV

Fresh, fruity, slightly hoppy American Amber. The prize-winning beer is ruby red in color and has a firm, full head. Expect a scent full of grapefruit, tropical fruits and light caramel notes. It is brewed with four types of hops and five different malts, leaving more than enough to discover!

Saison ? leave it to the French ? excuse-moi, the Wallonians ? to make what is essentially a Farmhouse Ale sound incredibly chic. So this is our attempt to brew a seh?zon as clean and crisp as the French word itself.

We dropped intensely fruity and fragrant herbs like bergamot and chamomile and a bit of ginger for heat to elevate the Farmhouse Ale into a country estate aperitif. Not a Saison, amies, but a seh?zon!

The beer that built a brewery. This is an all NZ hopped English style IPA where the ABV is lower and the malt presence is higher than other more modern counterparts. Orange brown pour with a dense white head and a medley of NZ hop aromas. Some caramel meldanoidins back up this aroma and deliver the toasty, malty palate of the english style. Medium to full body with an assertive bitterness.

5.5% ABV.

Our premium NZ lager made with all NZ ingredients and a load of pride. Crisp, dry and refreshing with subtle stone fruit and honey aromas, and a light body. This beer is named for the goldrush that started the growth and development of Queenstown and how the early miners spent what little profits they found on drink!

4.4% ABV.

One of our most awarded beers. This beer was inspired by a trip to the continent of wheat driven styles. This is fundamentally a traditional Bavarian wheat beer but our take, whilst being true to its origins, has our own twist with a mix of local and imported ingredients. This mix stacks the beer with that distinct Euro flavour and delivers that authentic frothy head. The finished beer is un-fined and un-filtered so roll bottles gently for your cloudy drinking pleasure
