This is a rare NZ grown slow gin, available each Spring.

Each bottle is packed with Sloe berries with rich Plum & Almond flavors, and just a hint of sugar syrup is added to create a drink with the perfect balance of tartness, warmth & flavor to get your taste buds humming.

Since the 1990’s, the Michter’s team has been doing pioneering work to re-establish the high quality American Rye whiskey category. 

The May 2015 inaugural release of Michter’s US*1 Barrel Strength Rye marked yet another milestone in that quest. 

For maturation, the Rye distillate is entered into the barrel at 103 proof, rather than amore industry standard higher proof. Barrel entry at a lower proof of 103 rather than a higher proof costs Michter’s more money in terms of barrels and warehousing, but they believe it yields a richer, smoother, more full-bodied whiskey after proper maturation. 

A single barrel product, each barrel of Michter’s US*1 Barrel Strength Rye is bottled at its particular alcohol level at the time of bottling. The majority of barrels in the releases range from 107 to 112 proof.

Camus VSOP owes its fabulous aromatic character to a blend of wines distilled with some of the lees. This technique requires great expertise, and ensures a remarkable aromatic intensity. The eaux-de vie are then aged in barrels selected for their mild tannins. Particular attention is paid to the toast of the barrels, to ensure that the fruity and floral aromas express themselves to the full whilst also adding a hint of spices and vanilla.

A four grain spirit (made with organic oats, barley, rye and wheat) aged in charred oak barrels from Minnesota for around two years.

Made with 100% handpicked agave and well water from 140 meters deep, creating a bold spirit full of mineral and earthy flavors and rich agave aroma and taste. 

Terralta Tequila is produced at the popular and prestigious Los Altos (highland) distillery of Destileria el Pandillo- NOM 1579, home of G4.

• Flavor - whiskey/oak, light maple, some leather, a fruity (apple) presence, mild spice, a pinch of vanilla and smoke, and some cinnamon.
• Taste - medium oils, very little heat, caramel, spice, light chocolate, mild cinnamon, smooth, and some buttery notes.
• Finish - mild chocolate and caramel, a pinch of spice and smoke, some minor heat with mild leather, in a medium/long finish.

Please note: Due to the regulatory regime of the French Government, there will be less than 900ml of Prisonniere in this bottle. The French tax the apple as well.

A classic reposado tequila, which gains complex flavours from being aged for six months in white oak barrels. This is exactly how reposado should be, with a smooth body and balanced, pure agave flavours.

One of our most limited production items, Michter's 10 Year Single Barrel Kentucky Straight Rye continues the legacy of America's first whiskey variety (rye) from America's first whiskey company (Michter's, originally known as Shenk's). After a nearly three year absence from the market, Master Distiller Willie Pratt finally gave the green light for the re-release of Michter's 10 Year Straight Rye in April 2014.

Deep notes of vanilla and toffee, toasted almonds and cinnamon with an ample dose of crushed pepper and a hint of orange citrus.

Michter's has accomplished something quite novel through its particular use of two different barrels to age the bourbon. For this one-time release, Michter's barrel ages its US*1 Bourbon as usual to full maturation and then transfers it for an additional period of time to a special custom made barrel for finishing. Constructed from wood staves that have been cured by 18 months of air-drying, this unique finishing barrel is toasted for a precise amount of time, but never charred like a typical bourbon barrel.

Tasting Profile: Campfire and cinnamon, with pecan and candied fruit. Lingering finish of baked pears, vanilla, and marshmallow.

Its appearance is a very old cognac or brandy, its exquisite aroma and pungent nose is product of the complexities of alcohol and very mature malts. Its contemporary style makes the presence on the palate flexible and friendly. It is full and deep with a long breath. A lavish rum!

Don Papa Masskara is a limited edition celebrating the famous party on the Philippines? Negros island, going by the name of Masskara (aka 'Smile party'). It's essentially the original Don Papa rum enriched by mixing in other local ingredients including honey from the Kanlaon forest, the Filipino citrus variety Calamondin and local Siling Labuyo chillies.

Zaya is a blend of aged rums that ignites the senses and evokes a feeling of discovery. Deep in bronzed amber color, the nose is seductive with aromas of pear, baked apple and spiced vanilla. The palate is smooth, with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak and baking spices and finishes profoundly with a hint of smoke.
