Creamy and aromatic, with a sweet and sour taste. This fruity sake is low in alcohol and is exhilarating at first taste. You can also enjoy this sake on the rocks!
This sake tastes a bit like Yakult, with a very pleasant lemon sourness. It is very popular in Japan, so much that the brewery invested in a automatic koji-making machine specifically for this sake. It uses 3 times the koji of normal sake.

We endeavour to dispatch orders the next business day, couriers can take 1 to 2 business days to deliver to non-rural addresses and 2 to 3 days to deliver to rural addresses.
Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
