A trailblazer when first released in 2009, Hopwired was one of the world's first IPAs to be brewed exclusively with New Zealand hops. Today it's as unique as ever, delivering an enticing punchbowl of tropical fruit, citrus and gooseberry flavours balanced by mouth-filling caramel malt sweetness.

A refreshing, light, hoppy, sour and very fruity tasting beer inspired by traditional Berliner Weisse ales. 

Naturally soured by live cultures and hopped with American and New Zealand hops. Probably the closest thing I have tasted to fruit juice, that didn't contain any fruit at all!

This ambrosial barley wine invites you to sip, savour, and sink into a delectable world of dried fruit and luscious malt sweetness. Enriching it with a generous smattering of dried plums, raisins, and dates, we’ve brewed up one seriously indulgent ale. It’s Sticky by name, sticky by nature.

A pale sour beer, aged for up to 2 years in wine barrels and then another year on fresh, local and organic feijoas from Helen and Peter at Quinta Feijoas (just down the road in Omaha) who have supplied the fruit for the last 6 years.

A very special "Imperial Gueuze" inspired blend of selected barrels from our library. One third each of spontaneously fermented 8, 6, and 4 year old barrels create a perfect marriage of funk, fruit, acidity and sherry-like aged flavours. We barrel aged our first beer in 2010 since then we have built up maybe the largest barrel programme in the Southern Hemisphere . We’ve been on a journey to find the pinnacle of NZ hops, so when we discovered experimental Bract NZH-106, we knew we had to brew the perfect beer for it. This quintessential New Zealand pilsner is fresh, bright, and thirst-quenching, with tropical hops and a bready backbone. It’s all down-hill from here, because this trip starts at the pinnacle.
