Colar Beer - Vanilla

Flavours: The same delicious cola nostalgia as Colar Beer, but dosed with just the right amount of lactose and vanilla. It's like a canned Ice Cream float!

Yalumba Wines is one of South Australia's super stars, which makes wines in both small and high volumes, such as this bag-in-box Sauvignon Blanc. The two litre box is a third smaller than boxed wines have traditionally been and this allows the wine to retain more freshness and vibrancy. 

IMAGINATION - Distilled in an  8 plate fractionating column still.  Juniper and coriander are complemented by the leafy earthiness of manuka to create the heart of this gin.  Whole New Zealand oranges and lemons add a refreshing citrus aroma and cinnamon and licorice leave a sweet lingering spice finish.

Each label tells the story of the ingredients, the place or the people behind what's in the bottle.  This label was inked by Juse from Taupou Tatau tattoo studio, Wellington, New Zealand.

A Sauvignon Blanc with complexity to burn and made from biodynamically farmed grapes in the Loire Valley, France. This plot of Sauvignon was planted in
1936 and is farmed using organic fertilisers. Fermentation in old oak barrels and maturation on fine lees for 12 months following lunar cycles both contribute to this wine's extraordinary complexity. It was aged for two years after bottling and was unfined and unfiltered.

This special layered and complex Sauvignon Blanc can age for up to a decade in  cool cellar conditions. 

Silky, complex and layered French Pinot Noir from the Loire Valley, which is the historic home to Domaine Henri. Le Graverons is made from a vineyard at the top of La Cote des Monts Damnés in Chavignol where the soils are Kimmeridgian (fossilised) and this wine has silky texture with red fruit flavours captured in a  full bodied style with red fruit aromas and layers of savoury notes adding depth and  interest to the wine.

Liqueur from crisp mint leaves & lemon peels.

Imagination distillery is nestled in the bush, down a gravel drive, off a single lane road, in the Reikorangi Valley, Kapiti Coast, Aotearoa New Zealand. It's the place where New Zealand's trail-blazing craft brewery, Tuatara, was born and so there's a real sense of 'something in the air' around the place. Spiritual even.

TASTING NOTES

Fresh zest & plum. Sweet fruits, Tangy finish.

Chardonnay is what made Gisborne famous and one sip of this and you’ll see why. Complex with layered citrus- and stone fruit aromas, lifted by savoury yeast and nutty oak characters, the palate sensation is both fresh and textured. The wine delivers Gisborne’s bold elegance with a long and seamless finish. Ripe and weighty fruit flavours without the heat of excess alcohol. Big wine, beautiful wine, with a taste that will linger for ages.

Lemon sour concentrate 600ml

Traditional Japanese lemon sour (also called chu-hai) in a concentrate, full of 25% real lemon juice.

Mix with soda water at a 1:4 ratio - one 600ml bottle of concentrate makes 3.0 litres of lemon sour.

Pineapple sour concentrate 600ml

This is a collaboration with “pine-ame” (pineapple candy) - an icon of the Osaka region.

Pine-ame (pineapple candy) was launched in Osaka in 1951 and has been loved by locals for over 70 years. It evokes the retro vibes of the post-war Showa period. It’s no exaggeration to say that basically everyone in the Kansai (Osaka) region knows about Pine-ame. And there’s been a recent surge in its popularity across Japan, thanks to collaborations with the likes of the champion Hanshin Tigers baseball team.
