Puhoi Beer is our award-winning version of the classic Czech pilsner.

Inspired by the original Bohemian settlers of Puhoi, Puhoi Beer is a drinkable lager with a bunch of character.

If we were trying to impress you we might have crapped on about Puhoi Beer being a mix of NZ and classic Czech noble hops that provide floral, citrusy, and spicy flavours on a light malt base with subtle bready and toasty characters. But we wouldn?t want to beer-bore you so let?s just say it?s bloody tasty.

Puhoi Beer also goes well with sunshine, tall tales, good yarns, and fish ?n? chips wrapped in newspaper.

Your first one tastes pretty good, and the second?s not bad either.

Chilli Mexican Lager

Once a summer keg only creation, we now have so much demand that we decided to package this spicy delight.  Still made with local Gisborne corn, all NZ malts and then sat to rest on Fire Dragon chillies from Northland.  A refreshingly dry lager that has just a touch of fire and flavour from our mates up north.

Oktoberfest Lagers are strong, malt accented beers traditionally brewed for drinking in quantity in the German autumn. Down here October means spring and these beers work just as well in the turbulent days as Winter gives way to Summer. Fest is brewed with 100% German malt and hops and has been given a long 90 day cold conditioning . The result is malty, a little toasty, a little warming with a dry crisp finish.
