Unit price perThis tasty pink sparkling Spanish wine comes from Bodegas Alta Alella, which uses the Matar? grape in this wine. This is grown organically, hand harvested and aged for 15 months on lees following the second fermentation. That's the same time frame as the majority of champagnes but this lovely dry sparkling wine comes to us all at a mere fraction of the price. It has zero dosage so it's bone dry in taste and is bursting with delicious flavours, a medium body, refreshing style and a long finish.

Unit price perThis is New Zealand's first nigori-zake, handcrafted in Queenstown. The distinctive milky colour is caused by residual rice particles left unfiltered in the sake. Nigori-zake is an easily recognisable drink, and is popular as a great accompaniment to sweet and spicy dishes.
Our brand is Zenkura - while 'zen' means all, 'kuro' means black - a simple but powerful combination born in NZ. We start with water from the snow-capped Southern Alps and special sake rice that has been milled to remove the outer 40%, leaving only the best part of each grain for the fermentation to begin.
Best enjoyed chilled.
14% ABV.

Most of the grapes in this wine and those in all Ruinart champagnes are grown in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs in Champagne.
