The RISECCOLI Chianti Classico is a true representation of the estate’s terroir.
The Sangiovese is fermented and kept separately for 12 months in temperature-controlled cement vats. Fermentation for the Merlot (when required) takes place in stainless steel tanks and then aging is completed in French barriques before blending with the Sangiovese.

Exceptions during December:
In December, please allow 3 business days for delivery. The last day for Christmas orders is Monday, 15th December for all South Island and all rural deliveries, and Wednesday, 17th December for North Island non-rural deliveries. After these dates Regional Wines cannot guarantee delivery before 25th December. Bear in mind that business delivery addresses may be shut from Monday 23rd December as Xmas falls on a Thursday.
